Education for real estate industry professionals

Carole is a Certified Instructor in Michigan for teaching Continuing Education, Real Estate Law, NAR Code of Ethics and many other Real Estate subjects. She is also a title insurance expert and is often traveling the United States speaking to Real Estate and Title Insurance associations on a variety of subject matters including RESPA compliance, foreclosures, team-building, mortgage fraud and closing services.

Carole has been a featured speaker at the National Association of Realtor conventions, the Michigan Association of Realtor conventions, various Land Title Associations (one of her favorite destinations is the Wyoming Land Title Association) and her local Realtor Association (LCAR) in Michigan.​

Carole is the former owner and President of Classic Title Agency in Brighton, Michigan; has spent 30+ years in the real estate and title industries, conducting thousands of closings in southeast Michigan.  Prior to opening her own agency, she served as President of Stewart Title of Detroit, one of the nation's largest title insurers - responsible for operations in Michigan and as Regional Director of Real Estate Development throughout 10 Midwest states.

She has served as President of Women's Council of Realtors (Livingston Chapter) and as a state officer for WCR Michigan.​  Carole's the Education Chair for her local Board of Realtors, served many years on the American Land Title Association (ALTA) Education Committee in Washington D.C. and co-authored the Ethics Training Program used by ALTA. She was invited and presented the program before a U.S. House of Representative Ethics Committee.

She has written several industry related articles in national publications including "Recognizing Mortgage Fraud" in Title News and authored a book, 'The Dark Side of the Closing Room' which is available here at
